Chief of Staff for Obvious
As Obvious grew, teams worked more or less autonomously. This left the executive suite with plenty of room to focus on visionary leadership, client relationships, and business development. This called for a Swiss Army Knife type of role that I was happy to fulfil.
As Chief of Staff, I act as a bridge between the CEO and other departments — managing projects, overseeing operations, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. I handle the day-to-day management and operational complexities so that decision-making is faster and teams feel significantly more efficient and at their creative best.
Note: Much of my work as CoS is confidential and cannot be documented in detail.
Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office, including setting priorities and aligning with strategic long-term objectives

Assisting the CEO in decision-making processes by providing research, data analysis, and preparing reports or presentations
